PRYME|AI operates ThreadsTools and is the data controller for this site. Contact: office@pryme.eu. Full contact details are in the imprint.

There is no signup, no login, and no user database. We do not build profiles of individual visitors and we never sell data.

Text you enter into a tool is sent to our server and forwarded to the OpenAI API to generate the output. We do not write your inputs or outputs to a database, and there is no history feature — once you leave the page, the content is gone from our side.

OpenAI processes the request as our processor and, per OpenAI’s API terms, does not use API inputs to train its models. OpenAI retains API request data for a limited period for abuse monitoring. This may involve a transfer to the United States on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Please do not enter personal data or confidential information into the tools — you do not need to, and we would rather you did not.

The Thread Formatter runs entirely on our own server with no AI call at all. Nothing you paste into it leaves our infrastructure.

When you use a tool, your IP address is held in server memory for up to 60 seconds to enforce a rate limit of 30 requests per minute. It is not written to disk, not logged permanently, and is discarded automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site itself sets no cookies. Cookies are only set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and only after you consent. Until then, both run in a restricted mode: no identifiers are stored on your device and no personalised advertising is served.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent dialog appears before any such cookie is set. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via the privacy settings link in the dialog, or by clearing cookies for this domain in your browser.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and tools people actually use — page views, referrer, approximate region, device type. Google Signals and advertising features are not enabled. Without your consent, Analytics receives only aggregate, cookieless pings. With consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. This site is free and funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to select and measure ads. With your consent, ads may be personalised based on data Google already holds about you; without it, you will see only contextual, non-personalised ads.

You can review and change Google’s own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.

The site runs in a container on our own managed server in the EU. The web server writes standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) which are needed to operate and secure the service and are rotated on a short schedule. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts are downloaded at build time and served from our own domain — your browser makes no request to Google Fonts, so no IP address is shared for font loading. Apart from the advertising and analytics scripts described above, the site loads no third-party resources.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Because we store no personal data beyond the transient items described above, there is usually nothing for us to export or delete — but you are welcome to ask.

If we add a feature that changes what is processed — an email list, saved history, or a paid plan — this page is updated before that feature goes live, and the date above changes with it.
